Stainless Steel Rivet

Aluminum Sheet

The 3003 alloy is frequently used for their good combination of strength and formability, weldability, anodising behavior and corrosion resistance. The 5083 alloy is generally stronger than 3003 alloy, while having also very good formability. Polyisocyanurate Foam (PIR)

Polyisocyanurate (PIR) is a foamed material which is obtained after isocyanurate reacts with polyether through accelerant. The physical and fire resistance are better than ordinary polyurethane foamed plastics. It is an ideal organic low-temperature heat-insulating material, with low heat conductivity coefficient, strong flame resistance, light weight, shock resistance and strong adaptability.

Industrial Calcium Silicate Products

Calcium silicate insulation is the microcellular structured inorganic rigid, asbestos-free, and super-light heat insulation material mainly composed of inorganic siliceous and calcium and made by special technology such as the hydrothermal reaction under high temperature and high pressure etc. It can maintain the high insulating effect under 650℃ and is advantageous in the stability of coping with temperature changes. With super-low chloride ion content, it can provide very nice protection on pipelines, and it prefabricated to shape up, greatly extending the service life.

Glasswool

ABM Glass wool product can stop air flowing and heat transforming owing to glass wool’s good performance, e.g., thin and long inner fiber, low thermal conductivity. It can quickly reduce the transportation of sound to make effects of insulation and sound-absorption. Glass wool product are divided into glass wool piper, board and blanket. Glass wool pipe is made from superfine rock wool felt with addition of phenol resin cementing agent forming shapes through solidification under pressure and heating. The surface may be coated with PVC film or aluminum foil. Glass wool board is processed by putting the thermosetting binder into the glass wool, by pressing and heating, and then, by curing. Glass wool blanket is best material used for the insulation and sound absorption of steel structures. It mainly includes bare blanket and blanket with foil-clad covered.
